in defense of tattoos

chuckk, the student ministries guy at santa cruz bible church, has written a really helpful biblical response to the question of christians getting tattoos. it’s part of an interesting larger site that highlights ink christians have put on themselves, and what those tats mean to them, called “sacred ink“.

I think it is the best Christian Tattoo site out there. My cousin is one of the people listed, his name is Omar.

That is too cool. I have a tattoo…okay…it’s Bambi but it has meaning beyonf being a Disney character! I had it done almost four years ago in Nashville and if I ever got another one I woyuld have to go back there!

Hi Marko, thank you for mentioning Sacred Ink. My hope is that it and the other pending wierd projects I’m messing with place a spotlight on the Christ - I like it when He’s well lit.

Some day when you are up visiting Kimball we should hang. Oh and Dan now really likes man hugs, could you try to hug him as much as possible.
