jeannie: [realizes i’m “done”, stops talking] dork
me: [goofy grin] at least i realized it!
jeannie: yes, you’re the best insensitive husband; you’re a self-aware insensitive husband.

the key is the hug.
I’ve yet to master the hug at the end of that conversation… i’m a few years behind ya though.
