ok, this just has horrible disaster written all over it. apparently a new barbie, being released to try to revive slumping sales (stolen by “bratz”), will be able to lip sync to an ipod. this raises all sorts of questions from an active imagination, like…
1. if barbie lip syncs, why are some real-life lip syncing performers even necessary? pay attention, ashley simpson.
2. if barbie lip syncs, can we soon expect a millie-vanilli doll to replace ken?
3. what impact will it have on girls to have their barbie doll lip syncing “my lovely lady lumps” by black eyed peas?
4. will barbie be able to lip sync anything on an ipod? i’m seeing barbie lip syncing willie nelson, or something like that.
